  3. Perform simulation studies to define optimum injection (Water and WAG), short term forecasting, and voidage replacement improvement
  4. Use of segmented well modelling (IX) both 3D and Single Well Models to optimize and design ALS complex wells
  5. Consolidate and prioritize reservoir surveillance plans, and ensure close follow-up
  6. Ensure opportunities identification, ranking and maturation (Workovers, Stimulation, ..etc) until FID for Deep Redrills, workovers and other opportunities
  7. Follow-up with service providers external studies (subsurface, PVT, SCAL, modelling, ..etc)
  8. Consolidate the yearly reservoir management plans (RMP) and ensure their execution
  9. Monthly follow-up of potential and production and consolidate reasons for deviations
  10. Consolidate cross RMO teams activities and studies and:
    1. RoFo consolidation and consolidated decline analysis
    2. Voidage prioritization, WAG cycles optimization, WI and Gas Lift optimization
    3. RSP definition and pre-arbitration, coordination of surface sampling, and PVT analysis follow-up
