ACCOUNTABILITIES

Drive Workforce Planning activities and maintain required data as part of annual budget cycle.

Conduct Job Design, Job Analysis and Job Evaluations to support organisational development.

Collaborate with HR and DBS teams and external parties to gather the requirements and implement system enhancements.

Provide training and support to all staff on system functionalities and processes.

 

ACTIVITIES

HSEQ

  • Enforce Personal Data Protection and Data Privacy policies and propose measures to reinforce awareness among HR and other departments
  • Support the development of an accurate Personnel On Board overview in case of emergencies.
  • Be ready to participate in emergency management and any exercise to prepare against the occurrence of such emergency

 

HRIS Administration and Support

  • Ensure that the system is reliable, comply with the HR policies and fit for purpose
  • Collaborate with HR and DBS teams and contribute to HR system implementation or enhancement projects
  • Develop system user manuals and guidelines
  • Provide required support during Annual Performance and Goal Management process
  • Provide training and first level support to users in HR or other entities on HR system functionalities and HR processes
  • Administer roles, accesses and workflows in HR System
  • Super User for HR System

 

Workforce Planning

  • Execute Workforce Planning activities, maintain the data, ensure the data is up to date by liaising with other team in HR and with entities
  • Ensure the alignment of the data between workforce planning, organization chart, headcount budget and recruitment plan for his/her perimeter
  • Conduct data analysis and generate insights to support workforce planning
  • Monitor and run gap analysis of actuals versus plan.
  • Provide a recruitment, secondment and nationalisation plans as an outcome of workforce planning exercise

 

Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Job Descriptions, Position Database

  • Perform the Job Analysis and Job Evaluation based on the Job Descriptions that are prepared by the business
  • Check the quality of the job description received and advise the managers on necessary modification
  • Advise leaders on changes of organisational structure, in liaison with the HR Business Partners
  • Manage the Evaluation Committee agenda and prepare the information required for job evaluation
  • Contribute to the evaluation of positions as per Hay methodology
  • Ensure the HR Information System is updated with the relevant information on positions, job evaluation and description and movements of personnel
  • Administer and maintain positions and organisation structure in the system in accordance with the guidelines and approved workforce plan

 

Reporting

  • Provide regular and ad- hoc reports and dashboards
  • Create and modify reports in SAP SuccessFactors stories and SAP SAC

 

Data Accuracy and Quality

  • Ensure that data is accurate and up to date at all times
  • Propose areas for improvement to processes and data practices
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.

 

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT

 The role is transverse to the HR organization and involves regular interface with Digital Business Solutions, Contracts and Procurement, Finance Divisions.

Organization design, job description and evaluation, workforce planning and headcount budgeting are extremely intricate and are key to the strategic steering of the organization and its resources by NOC Management

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant discipline
  • At least 5-8 years of previous experience in HR, experience in Oil and Gas Industry is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud is an added advantage)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualization tools.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Proven capacity to train other users and understand/integrate/respond to their needs
