Job Purpose

The Job Holder is responsible for supervising the future finance activities outsourced by NOC and to participate to the development of the NOC Outsourcing Program.

The Job Holder will manage the delivery, and the governance/compliance of the future activities outsourced. He/she will assist the Head of Business Services in the transformation road map and the new scope integration.

He/she has direct responsibility for the transactions processed by the outsourced team in terms of delivery, compliance with NOC CMS and adherence to industry practices

Key Accountabilities

  • Participation in the development of the NOC outsourcing program, for the finance activities
    • Preparation phase: scope identification, target KPI, documentation required, CFT execution
    • Transition phase: target organization, transfer of activity into the new Shared Service Center, business continuity
    • Run phase: performance management with KPI/SLA, productivity increase (tools and process improvement), integration of new scopes, synergies with existing activities outsourced (End-to-End approach)
    • Continuous Improvement: management of procurement scope extension (functional scope increase, new activities), transformation plan (standardization, automation, tools, etc.) to drive productivity and synergies objectives .
      Support the Head of Business Services as and when required

Key Accountabilities

  • Management of outsourced Finance Activities
    • Understanding the end-to-end process and particularities, supporting tools and technologies, requirements for team members performing this process
    • Preparing training material and delivering training to the outsourcing team
    • Driving process excellence and continuous improvements (efficiency, consistency and automation) in all processes and domain expertise to enhance internal customer satisfaction and efficiency
    • Defining, reporting and analyzing KPIs and SLAs, root cause analysis of issues. Monitor and implement SLA.
    • Focal point of the outsourcing team for the Finance entity

Education

BSc Degree in Science or Commercial field or its equivalent

Master’s Degree in Administration an added Value

Certification

Experience

  • Strong professional experience > 10 years in the O&G and the Supply Chain domain
  • Deep knowledge of the “Source to Contract” and “Procure to Pay processes, interfaces with Finance, Compliance, Legal, Technical Entities, Planning and Logistics
